Excellent team to work with. Had an issue with a faulty toilet causing flooding. Fire Reconstruction did the mitigation, and they were so good we went with them for full repairs as well. We had an issue with our insurance and they helped us handle that as well so we could get the work taken care of. Our home looks like nothing ever happened. Seriously great group to work with. Shout out to Darren, Austin, Travis, and William for a stellar job.

I highly recommend Fire Restoration, our home had a fire due to a lightning strike. I didn't know who to turn to so I search the internet and found Fire Restoration and other companies. After interviewing three of them. It was clear Fire Restoration was what we needed. After meeting Jeff one of the owners I decided to move forward. I can’t say enough good things. Not everything went smooth, just like building a house. Things would pop up, but FR saw to it that everything was completed to our satisfaction.Paul Ponette was our project manager with Fire Restoration. Paul did a great job keeping the crew’s schedule and on time. He ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction.Noah our project team lead for the cleanup and pack out was another bright spot. He and his crew were wonderful

This company is the best, they turned a stressful situation into a good experience all of the guys were helpful .I didn't have any issues with this company everyone was respectful. After a water pipe bust in my house the fire Recon team was sent out by my insurance company. They did a great job with the mitigation and reconstruction. My home looks great!

Had water damage from a leaking fireplace from a home we purchased. Insurance contacted Fire Reconstruction to do the work. It was a lengthy process with challenges, but a couple of months after the repair, we revisited moisture and sweating walls. The company contacted us and is making it right. Thankfully, it's not as bad as I predicted it would be, but more investigation will be done. Hopefully, everything gets fixed, and we don't have to revisit moisture in the walls. Originally, my review was negative on the company. But swift action was taken to make it right. Management was very understanding and considerate of our situation.

Fire Reconstruction helped us immensely when we had severe water damage in our home. They arrived within hours of our call and stayed with us for the months it took to fix everything. The company is well organized and has capable personnel in charge of each different aspect of the process. We were very happy with their work.

A bedroom on the second floor (that we rarely use) was significantly damaged due to water escaping the AC overflow pan. The ceiling collapsed and flooded the walls, floor, and furniture.A Fire Reconstruction estimator visited our home once; he took detailed measurements and photos of the damage. Four weeks later, the ceiling was repaired, the walls and floor (laminate) replaced; ceiling fans were re-installed, furniture moved back into the room, blinds were re-hung, and the room and nearby areas cleaned by a very professional house cleaning crew.Not once did I have to suggest something that I thought had to be done; this amazing group of people did everything I would have done and then went out of their way to make it even better. When I suggested something, they listened and always responded to my requests.In my 50 years of homeownership, I rate the personnel of Fire Reconstruction at the very top of my list of professional workers.Thank you, Fire Reconstruction.

Some things are hard to measure or can go unrecognized, such as integrity and commitment. My review originally wasn’t 5 stars, but I edited due to the willingness and action taken to correct concerns I had with workmanship. Construction projects don’t alway go smoothly and not all construction companies will work through to correct. The owners and project managers with Fire Reconstruction will step in when things don’t go smoothly to correct. What you can count on from this organization is the willingness from the owners to deliver on a quality product as the end result. They built onsite custom cabinets. Removed and reinstalled granite countertop. Installed marble tile. Hood system. Straightened crooked wall!
