I was so nervous about what this process was going to look like. FRI made this process as painless as possible, given the situation. After Lisa came out and gave me an estimate, I was put at complete ease. She was incredibly professional and explained everything in a way that made this whole experience less stressful. We had a Fire in our Attic and Fire Reconstruction came out the following day. Explained the process in detail and the work was completed we couldn't be happier. Lisa Sanders was our Estimator and she wrote up a great scope of work and worked with our Adjuster so we did have to. She was very professional and stuck it out throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fire reconstruction to anyone in a disaster such as ours.

Comment: My elderly Mother had a leak in her attic and I reached out to Fire Reconstruction to lead the project since I live out of town and Lisa S. Was assigned to the project. She made my Mom feel safe and kept her up to date on the process, timeliness, and keept communication open with me the whole time. The house looks like nothing happened and we hope nothing happens again but if it does, we know who to call! Highly recommend Lisa and Fire Reconstruction!

A tree hit our home during a recent storm. Fire Reconstruction had a crew out to board up and tarp the roof within hours, at night! Everyone was so pleasant and knew what they were doing. You won’t go wrong with this company!

We returned home from an extended weekend away to find a pipe had been leaking from an upstairs bathroom. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Fire Reconstruction did a great job with the repairs. They were quick without too much of a disruption to our routine. I would recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.
