On June 23rd Team Member Monday, we turned the spotlight on to Brian Crow, our Regional Director leading commercial development in Houston, College Station, and future markets. Brian is passionate about building lasting relationships, especially in the non-profit church and school sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Rebecca, and their Bernese Mountain dog, Bondi. In 2022, Brian overcame a life-changing brain aneurysm, relearning how to walk and rebuild motor skills—a true story of resilience. We’re grateful for his leadership, strength, and dedication as he continues to grow FRI’s commercial presence with heart and purpose.

For Team Member Monday on June 16th, we proudly featured Madison Bradford (Maddie), our Business Development Manager in College Station, TX. A proud Texas A&M Class of 2024 grad, Maddie is passionate about building strong community connections and being a trusted resource. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing sand volleyball, and grabbing tacos at Chimy’s. She’s also a loyal Aggie tailgater and dog mom to Brees—named after her favorite NFL quarterback. We’re proud to have Maddie representing FRI in Aggieland with energy, heart, and dedication!
