Although Mona had grown up around construction and had seen the aftermath of a fire before, it was still a very devastating experience being her own home suffering the damages. In the middle of the night an unexpected electrical fire had started in the garage. Up to 90 percent of her beautiful home was damaged by fire, water, and smoke, resulting in a major restoration project.
Our team worked with the insurance carrier to ensure we customized a plan to restore Monas’ home even better than it was before. The entire home was restored including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, family room, kitchen, bar, laundry room, back foyer, and garage. The entire process was documented and remained under budget as well as on schedule.
